Call us mad but it appears to be FRIGGEN AMAZING.

Or maybe our standards have slipped in terms of what we expect from televisual entertainments. But anyway, this show is now in our Shows We Watch. Because:

1. Kenneth Nguyen from out of The Age likes it, and we basically like everything he likes and are getting a bit obsessive about this

2. The lead character is a schoolgirl detective! And her grumpy Dad's like a detective or similar too

3. There appears to be a little mystery that Veronica solves each episode, as well as a big murder one that looks like it might take "a bit longer"

4. Ooh that canny Veronica Mars, what's she finding out now etc etc
