AT LEAST SOMEONE IS READING


In December last year, Fop launched an attack upon food writer for The Age, Matt Preston. We clearly drew some incorrect conclusions and were pretty mean. Hilariously, much of our "critique" stemmed from the fact that we believed that Mr Preston was writing about himself in the first person plural, when avid viewers would know that Fop has also begun doing this in recent times (for your continued ENJOYMENT, you understand). Sort of like throwing stones, THEN building a glass house and just hoping for the best.

Anyway, what we said about Matt Preston was quite wrong and we unreservedly apologise. The post in question has been removed and it is, if it's any comfort, most unlikely that more than 10 people ever saw it.
